The 2005 Borgo Di Colloredo Biferno Bianco DOC 'Gironia' is a wonderful blend of Trebbiano, Bombino Bianco, and Malvasia grapes. It's color is medium yellow straw with concentrated floral, peach and pineapple aromas with a rich, toasty bouquet; beautiful entry with well-integrated ripe tropical and pineapple flavors; a full-bodied wine with nice acidity, good balance and a clean, long finish. Drink now or hold through 2008 (PH).
